What is important Message or the Messanger

 

Mumbai is already a heavily polluted city, The Mumbai Municipal Corporation has launched a poster campaign appealing to citizens to observe restraint in the use of firecrackers during the ensuing  Deepavali festival. Posters carrying the photograph of Ms.  Dia Mirza, a popular stage and cine personality and social media influencer,  were put up at several places. This has caused some individuals, including the City Mayor, Corporators, MLAs and others to protest for the removal of the posters on the ground that the person appealing is not from the community traditionally celebrating Deepavali. The Bombay High Court took suo motu cognisance of the protest and observed that the Corporation had better display the posters

I recall  the following Thirukural by the Thiruvalluvar
